Shipping & Delivery

We charge a flat fee of £2.95 for recorded delivery with the UK. Please allow 2 working days for your order to be despatched.

Postage and packing for goods sent to the rest of the world are charged at a flat fee of £7.50. For delivery outside of the UK please allow at least 14 days for delivery. Please note that for goods sent outside of the UK additional custom charges may be levied and will be the responsibility of the purchaser.

Returns & Replacements

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge, or exchange the item for a different size/colour if preferred, subject to our terms and conditions.

You have the right to cancel within seven days of receipt of the goods.

If you wish to return or exchange the item(s) for any reason, the following terms and condition apply:

• Fill in the enclosed form and return to us with the item within 14 days of purchase.
• All goods must be returned in their original condition and in their original packaging.
• Try on briefs over your own lingerie as we will not accept any items that are worn or soiled.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you send by registered post as we cannot accept responsibility for goods that are lost in transit.

Refunds and exchanges take approximately one week after receipt of goods.
